We are looking for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join our Community Nursing team based at Trinity House in Ashford, to support the development of this service. We operate 7 days a week from 08:00-18:00, with weekend shifts on a rotational basis. We support patients from GP practices within the Ashford and surrounding areas.
