As CMO you will lead the development of our medical strategy through inclusive and compassionate leadership that actively engages our Trust's multi-professional workforce including; medical, dental, pharmacy, scientific and senior clinical leaders. We are seeking a credible and strategic medical leader who is a visible champion for tackling and reducing health inequalities for children, women and young people. We are in the implementation phase of our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme, Taurus, so this is a great time to join us in embracing digital transformation and modernising the way we deliver care to our patients and communities.
