This is a fantastic opportunity for current or aspiring Band 7 candidates who are looking to enrich their experience in a new environment.Applicants should be highly competent in serology result validation and will have responsibility for delivering a high-quality routine laboratory diagnostic service managing the technical team & ensuring smooth running of the laboratory. Good knowledge of health & safety processes, automation, communication, team working, and supervisory skills are essential to guide and manage the junior technical staff.You will also play a crucial role in managing our department's quality systems and maintaining UKAS accreditation. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to train the next generation of scientists, passing on your knowledge and passion for your discipline.
