We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included. The shift pattern for this position is 0830-1630/30 Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and friendly person to provide Band 3 Admin support within our friendly and experienced MSK Physiotherapy Service within NHS GG&C. This Admin post will provide support across both South and Clyde Quadrants. The successful candidate should have experience using basic Microsoft programmes eg Word, Excel, Outlook etc and have IT and keyboard skills. The post will involve working autonomously with in a public facing reception setting. This will involve dealing with patient and staff queries, whilst processing referrals, managing waiting lists and ensuring optimal flow of patients. There will also be a requirement to work within an office setting to provide support to managers to assist with creating and submitting reports and processing data. Good communication and customer service skills are essential.
