Relatives & family. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic community band 5 Dietitian. Our department is highly skilled and proactive and consists of 8 Dietitians, a dietetic assistant and a team of clerical officers. You will work in the specialist team areas of oral nutrition support, home enteral tube feeding, diabetes/ coronary heart disease. You will be able to work effectively and flexibly within our team based in Wallasey, Wirral. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the growing field of community nutrition and dietetics and contribute to the delivery and development of a comprehensive dietetic service on Wirral. The post involves providing one to one and group based care to patients and carers in various settings such as patients' own homes, clinics and supporting education programmes, depending on specialist area. Post holders will be expected to contribute to a number of clinical and service development projects. You will be required to take an active role in the training of student dietitians. We are committed to continued professional development and train students for A and C placements. Applicants must be HCPC registered Dietitians. Access to a car for work purposes is essential. "}
