If you are a Operations Assistant who thrives on delivering extraordinary experiences, loves to be part of a harmonious and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you! , Job Description Opening/closing of facility and general maintenance of building and all outdoor areas and weekly site safety checks. Cover of reception when required this includes meeting and greeting visitors/contractors in reception at all levels of seniority, issuing visitors passes and management of access system. Monitor barrier and front door and allow visitors access as required. Liaise with delivery drivers and direct them to correct delivery point within Cormack Park, arrange storage of delivered items. Liaise with all staff and players to ensure any requests are handled within a timely manner. Liaise with football groups attending to use pitches, access to changing rooms etc. Deal with any queries from parents/coaches relating to building. Distribute mail from Pittodrie for Cormack Park staff. Stamp and post any mail requests and detail in stamp log. Work with operations team to assist with vehicle parking duties on evenings and weekends. Maintain carpark and open pitches (as and when required – weekends only). Report fire alarm test on a weekly basis. Complete and report any maintenance issues throughout the building. Set up rooms and offices for meeting and functions when required. Set up goals and pitches for matches and control carpark and flow of traffic. Liaise with the ground persons for any work required to completed. Ensure changing rooms/gym is fully stocked with water/drinks etc. Transport staff to Pittodrie using company transport. Assist in the kitchen when required. , Qualifications Essential : Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Comfortable undertaking maintenance duties. Ability to multitask and priorities workload. Effective communication skills with colleagues, clients and at senior level both internally and externally. Ability to work discretely with confidential informational. Confident in approach to work. Ability to work outdoors in all weathers. Full Driving license Desirable : Relevant qualification/certification. Experience of working within football or sporting organizations. Experience working with a diverse workforce.
