We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Biomedical Scientist to join our Cellular Pathology team based at Charing Cross Hospital. What We Need from You? Completion of or progress in the specialist portfolio in Cellular Pathology, or equivalent experience. A solid histology background, embedding, microtomy, frozen sections, special staining, and quality control. Experience in immunofluorescence, MOHS, and Immunocytochemistry is a huge plus. NWLP is based on a 'hub and spoke' structure; The Cellular Pathology laboratory at Charing Cross is a consolidated service involving the Imperial College NHS Trust, Chelsea and Westminster & West Middlesex Hospital and The Hillingdon Trust. The majority of routine, specialist and non-urgent activity is centred at our hub site at Charing Cross Hospital operating a 37.5 hour week. You will be part of an experienced and supportive histology team working within a state-of-the-art laboratory. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to progressing their career in cellular pathology and looking to benefit the care and quality of patient cases processed in the department.
