Motivated to help our patients receive the best level of care Calm in challenging situations Focused on finding solutions effectively Adaptable to changing situations Able to act as a role model for the wider team As a Nurse or Paramedic, you'll champion quality care delivery, working closely with our Health Advisors, applying your clinical knowledge and skills to ensure our patients receive the right level of care when they urgently need it. You will be provided with paid training in the use of NHS Pathways to support decisions with telephone triage, assessing patients presenting with symptoms, and provide appropriate aftercare advice and referrals when appropriate to do so.
