In this role, you’ll be key in ensuring safety, assisting with life skills, and managing budgeting and finances. Your ability to forge strong, supportive connections with service users and their families will be vital. You’ll help maintain high standards of care, contribute to service evaluations, and keep up with the latest in social care. Collaboration with fellow professionals and living out our Christian values will be central to your role. Ideal candidates will have an SVQ Level 3 qualification and basic computer skills. Experience in care is beneficial, but a strong Christian faith and commitment to our values are crucial. Membership with the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with the SSSC are required.
