This is an exciting opportunity where you will work alongside another receptionist to deliver dynamic service as the face of the company. You will join a supportive, collaborative and engaging environment and report to the operations manager. What You’ll Do Answer and field all incoming calls Diary management of up to six meeting rooms Ensure meeting rooms are prepared, including lunch ordering Liaise with High profile guests Maintain and order office supplies Interact with couriers, supplies and facilities management staff Support the wider admin and operations team WHO YOU ARE A people person, with an exciting nature Take initiative, and work proactively Professional and charismatic Diligent with tasks REQUIREMENTS Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Have the ability to meet deadlines Enjoy hard work and taking initiative They are offering a salary of up to 30k DOE, a discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave, increased pension and private health insurance. The office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm and you are required to work in the office 5 days per week.
