The post holder will work under the supervision of the ward manager and multi-disciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining excellent standards of nursing care and staff development. To be responsible for the continuing professional development and overall performance of student nurses and unqualified staff on the ward. The post holder is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care with provisions of preceptorship/mentorship.
