We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have a love of working with children and are interested in a role which requires a nurturing approach Are committed to the aims and values of Two Bridges Academy Are a good communicator and team player Have the ability to follow instructions and work under own initiative Experience of working in special schools is not essential as we will support with any training. The School Will Be a New Provision For Pupils With Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD) Or Profound And Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Some Who May Also Have ASD. Learning Will Be Holistic, Creative And Engaging, Designed To Bring Out The Best In Every Pupil And Support Them To Actively participate in learning and achieve challenging learning goals Develop communication and interaction skills Become as independent as they can possibly be Understand how to maintain their own wellbeing Demonstrate positive behaviour All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
