Main duties of the job You will support the clinical governance, quality and safety agenda across the Division of Surgery working closely as a team. The main duties include: Review of patient safety incidents to ensure that the appropriate processes are followed. Have oversight and provide advice and guidance to teams on the management of risks. To support the creation of action plans and monitoring of these to provide assurance . Assist the Governance and Risk Managers with the establishment and implementation of systems and processes to support effective clinical governance. Data collection and analysis to produce reports for a variety of meetings for different stakeholders. Leading Patient Safety Investigations and coordination/writing of reports. Oversee audit and policy administration, complaints management and standards implementation.
