We are looking for a Receptionist who enjoys working in a fast working environment and who is solutions-driven. You need to be highly organised, have strong attention to detail, and be process driven to ensure a smooth running of our London Office. We are looking for someone who is proactive in their working style, if something needs organising then you have the initiative to do it. You will be the face of the agency for visitors, colleagues and clients, so having an approachable and friendly demeanour is very important for this role. Requirements What You'll Have Delivered Elsewhere Meet and greet guests and ensure they have a warm and welcome experience Manage visitors and new joiner passes to ensure that everyone has a seamless experience in the London office Book couriers and liaise with the loading bay to manage deliveries Manage meeting rooms bookings and refreshments for internal, client and visitor meetings Booking travel (Flights, Trains, Taxis, Hotel) within budget and with no errors Assist with setting up and planning agency events and socials Answer phones and relay messages Order office supplies (breakfast/stationery/IT supplies etc) Reconciling receipts for all office purchases Arrange Staff cycle inductions Assist with office clear outs Fire Marshall First aider What Else Are We Looking For?
