The successful candidate will provide day to day secretarial and administrative support. This post requires previous sustained secretarial/administrative work experience as essential, preferably gained in a similar environment. Medical secretarial/Team secretarial experience is desirable, as is the European Computer Driving Licence. Candidates should be qualified to HNC level or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 Standard Grades or equivalent including English Language. Audio typing, reception duties, setting up systems, producing reports, maintaining diary management, experience of MS Office, excellent communication skills, confidentiality, good team working and a sensitive approach to dealing with patients are also essential for this post.
