We are looking for someone who is confident and approachable, with excellent communication skills, to work flexibly within the team to bridge the gap between Health Care Support Workers and Registered Nurses. You will be supported by our Registered Nurses and Health Advisors to become competent in assisting with a wide range of procedures, monitoring and contributing to patient care and able to support the ongoing development and wellbeing of the multi-disciplinary team.
