The position requires face to face contact with patients in the Outpatients reception area, booking patients in for their outpatients appointments and other Outpatients administration duties. The position requires the applicant to have knowledge of Microsoft Office alongside an ability to communicate effectively. We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with five hospitals and community clinics serving a local population of around 800,000 people.
