Our Theatre support workers play an essential role in the smooth running of our theatres and help us maintain high quality patient care in an environment which is clean & safe. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our theatre team within Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust. There will be a rotation of shifts including nights and weekends. You will be responsible for supporting your team in achieving the highest standards of patient care and as a valued team member you will demonstrate commitment to the role. Participate as a member of the circulating team to assist the scrub practitioner during surgery and are reassuring for patients, who may be anxious about going into the operating theatre. You will need a supportive & flexible approach to service delivery and participate in the movement of clean/dirty instrumentation throughout the theatre complex. We are looking for a flexible team player with good communication skills and the ability to demonstrate and promote our Trust Values.
