First Aider and Fire Marshall. Arranging and coordinating meetings, including collating presentations into PowerPoint presentations. Support social and corporate events as required. Person Specification For The Receptionist/Office Assistant Previous experience in facilities/ office management/ scheduling repairs/ office space management or acting as the go-to person in these matters. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels of the organisation. Knowledge of dealing with confidential information in a secure manner. Problem solving and decision-making skills. Literacy in Microsoft applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
