Training, mentorship and support will be provided to the successful candidate. Responsible for carrying out delegated nursing tasks to a varied group ofpatients some of which may have physical and/or mental disabilities or be suffering from illness i.e bathing, toileting, feeding, last offices. To assist with intentional rounding and providing pressure care to patients, and maintaindocumentation. Inform nursing staff of any issues or changes in patients condition. To recognise and respond to any changes in patient's behaviour/condition and report to Registered Nurse at all times. To recognise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
