Maintain accurate records of patient appointments and relevant information. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their care givers. Assist in administrative tasks related to the booking process as required. Requirements: Previous Experience Using Cerner Software Is Essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
