We have a vacancy for a Clinical Pharmacy Technician to work within Urgent and Emergency Care at Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother Hospital, Margate. You must be an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills. Main duties of the job Completing detailed lists of medications a patient was taking prior to admission and reconciling this with the medications prescribed on the chart. Administering medicines within scope of practice Evaluating suitability of patient's own drugs for use whilst in the hospital environment. To participate in the discharge planning of patients with ward staff and other healthcare professionals both in secondary and primary care.
