The Radiology Department is seeking experienced Radiology Assistants who are self-motivated and hardworking to join our team. The post will be based in the Radiology Department where you will help with patients during radiological examinations and support radiographers in the co-ordination of workflow through the department. You will also be helping with general tasks such as taking calls from the wards or Emergency Department and directing clinicians to the correct contacts. You will be using the radiology department information system (CRIS) to action patient attendances and maintain accurate data records. You will participate in cleaning and stocktaking duties. There will be a requirement to commit to working both daytime and night shifts as well as participation in a 7-day 24-hour service. The role is interesting and varied and candidates must be keen to learn, enjoy a challenge and have the ability to use their own initiative. Computer skills are essential. "}
