The postholder will be responsible for administrative support including coordinating meetings, responding to or escalating email enquiries and supporting engagement activities The role will provide key support for Primary Care Network meetings and events including some of our member forums, liaising with members and external stakeholders. As a key part of the team, the postholder is well supported and given opportunities to expand their learning and experience. The postholder will help manage our membership administrative data, such as through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and support communication with members to ensure the NHS Confederation maintains and builds an excellent reputation among our members and key partners.
