You will become part of a well-established multidisciplinary team treating patients with rheumatology conditions. Be responsible for supporting the specialist nursing team to provide high quality, patient focused care. You will provide specialist advice and support to patients, liaising with other staff members and allied healthcare professionals.This includes specialist education about the treatments used in the speciality. You will be able to assess, plan and implementing specialist individual nursing care to our patient cohort. You will be responsible for liaising with other staff and allied healthcare professionals. Run nurse-led clinics across our three sites, and offer support via the advice line, with support from the consultants and senior nursing team. "}
