The post is based at Worthing Hospital with occasional travel to other UH Sussex sites. Main duties of the job This is an exciting role which will suit an individual who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service, as well as a proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a busy team, utilising excellent IT, interpersonal and organisational skills to work collaboratively as part of a team. The role provides a comprehensive recruitment advisory and transaction administrative service to designated divisions for medical and dental positions to ensure that recruitment is undertaken in a timely and professional way. Through close working, liaison and negotiation with senior managers and clinicians, whilst having regard for cost, quality, customer service and Trust policy, this role is central to supporting the delivery of clinical care within the Trust.
