Our ICU is a 20 bedded unit based at Watford General Hospital. This role includes shift leadership and participation in the Critical care Outreach. This post holder will have completed a 60 credit post graduate award in Intensive Care Nursing. They will be required to demonstrate a willingness to develop leadership skills as the post will include shift leadership responsibilities. Our Band 6’s also undertaking shifts as part of our Critical Care Outreach Team. Successful candidates will also assist the Band 7’s with management of their teams. These will be most dramatic at Watford General Hospital where up to 90% of buildings will be new.
