The post holder will assist with the provision of a comprehensive administrative service to the Complex Care Team ensuring the smooth running of the department. In consultation with Complex Care Trained Nurses, the post holder will co-ordinate off duty requests when Clinical Support Workers are absent from work and relay information to service users and/or their families when care package remains uncovered. They will assist with administrative workload, which includes diary management, setting up multi-disciplinary reviews, and processing staff and service user requests. The post holder will maintain a database for the tracking and maintenance of clinical equipment, as well as the co-ordination of equipment purchases and repairs.
