Booking and organising breakfasts and lunches for meetings. Booking couriers and handling post. Overseeing Housekeeper to ensure all meeting rooms are cleaned after meetings. Ordering and maintaining stationery orders/stock. Assisting with Facilities Team. Fire Marshal and First Aid. Ideal Candidate Excellent communication skills and highly professional. Highly organised, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Good IT skills. Real team player with a muck in attitude. At least 2-3 years professional experience. Ensure that front of house runs smoothly at all times. Copes well under pressure and able to juggle and prioritise and use your initiative.
