An opportunity has arisen to join our Triage team as a Clinical Nurse Advisor working as an integral part of a Community Nursing service within the Windsor, Maidenhead & Slough locality. The Clinical Nurse Advisor will provide clinical support,assistance and professional expertise to all callers to the Community Nursing Triage Telephone Support, ranging from healthcare professionals to patients and their carers within Berkshire. The service is the main point of access for Windsor, Maidenhead & Slough Community Nursing. The post holder is expected to represent the service, in a professional and courteous manner always.
