Main duties of the job The post holder will assist with co-ordination of service improvement work to support service transformation and development working with clinicians, and service manager. A key role is the day to day management of all administrative and clerical services within the allocated services. Working closely with the Specialty Manager to ensure that the services meet and achieves national performance indicators; i.e. Urgent community response 2 hour delivery, as well as all quality, activity and financial targets and indicators.
