Interview date - TBC Main Duties And Responsibilities Promote the mental, physical and emotional and social health of individuals, families and groups. Provide a high standard of care to individuals and families. Be aware of the needs of patients and their relatives and have knowledge of statutory and voluntary services. Be an effective member of a Nursing Team working within the community directorate . To be responsible for the caseload management and supervision of the nursing team, in the absence of the District Nurse/ Caseload Holder.
