In this role you will be responsible for completing team rotas and acting as the initial point of contact for any queries with clients, healthcare workers and the wider operations of the business. Everyday you will… Use your outstanding customer service experience to handle in & outbound telephone calls and emails Be resilient with your approach to work always presenting professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and colleagues. Utilize your attention to detail to support with day team with booking candidates into shifts, ensuring their skillset matches the shift requirements and availability.
