This post is responsible for providing personal care and support to service users and to support care staff to meet the needs of older people in a residential care setting as required by legislation. Melvich is a remote and rural, 6 bedded unit for older adults based on the North Coast of Sutherland. Applicants should have some experience in working with people in a care setting, but this is also great role to start your career in Health and Social Care. This is a fixed term 17 hours post to July 2025 working night shifts on a shift pattern of 2 shifts on and 6 off. Enhancements for unsociable hours and weekend shifts are available.
