Answering incoming telephone calls, ensuring calls are documented and redirected accordingly. Request prescriptions. Regularly check tasks in Emis and action appropriately. Check emails on a daily basis and process accordingly. Undertake administration tasks as allocated. These will be the main duties involved, however you may at times be required to carry out other duties not listed if needed. You will be the first point of contact for patients. Your role will be to ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled to the mutual satisfaction of the partners and patients. We are a close knit team and will provide training to you if you choose to apply. This role is ideal for an apprentice. We would prefer applicants who can speak Urdu due to our patient demographic.
