Join us in making a difference, one shift at a time! £14.50 per hour Working 42 hours per week - 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) ⏰ Typical shift patterns are 0700-1900 & 1900-0700 Free parking on site About The Role Your responsibilities will include: Promote and rigorously review health and safety on site Contact, review and coach all security personnel at least once a month to proactively monitor performance and maintain positive employee relations Providing training, advice and support when needed Maintain effective communication through informal and formal briefings and toolkit talks Address employee relations issues promptly following company procedures and actively encourage reward and recognition Manage special assignments, ensuring adherence to agreed security procedures by the security team Always maintain the highest professional standards Be fully conversant with operational functions, including access control, CCTV detection and alarm systems, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting Be the first point of contact for all site security function-related queries and manage resolutions or the more intricate operational issues What can Securitas offer you Company pension, advice and planning. Leads by example.
