You will undertake a wide range of duties to deliver administrative support services to support the on-boarding and training of our doctors in training as well as room management, ordering catering and equipment as required, ensuring the centers are kept in good repair and well stocked. You will have an SVQ in Office Administration or an equivalent level of administration experience, be able to demonstrate an ability to operate within a varied administrative role with specific responsibilities. You must be able to use you initiative and prioritise workload with the minimum of instruction. You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and well developed organisational abilities, able to deal confidently with clinical staff and all external stakeholders. A sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook, required. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach, good attention to detail with a helpful and friendly manner, to become a key member of our team.
