More specifically, as a Medical Reports Filing Clerk your will be responsible for the upkeep of the medical reports/files. Day to day responsibilities include; Documents to be filed and logged in an organised manner, to take responsibility for all queries related to paperwork/documents, create an easy and structured system to ensure finding and retrieval is as simple as possible, make sure to inspect files periodically to ensure files are maintained to a good standard and are being categorized properly. Supporting the digitisation of the paper based records and finally, ensuring accuracy at all times. About you The right candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be warm, friendly and empathetic but also able to influence and negotiate with patients. You'll be a fast learner who can follow our processes carefully as well as an enthusiastic and confident team player who will fit in well with our team. Minimum requirements: candidates must be comfortable with computers. Previous experience working in a GP practice or with EMIS is preferred but not required. Experience in customer service fields may be helpful in your application.
