You can find out more about our CAMHS teams below: Our Teams We offer a number of different functions including specialist Eating Disorder Services (TEDS), Neurodevelopmental Assessments, Hospital Liaison, Family Therapy, Crisis and Home Treatment (CAHTS), LD CAMHS. We offer staff flexible job plans to allow them to develop skills and in different areas and contribute to different functions within the service depending on individual skills and interests. Our Salisbury Team We are located at Salisbury District Hospital and have access to an onsite leisure centre with a swimming pool, as well as lunchtime and after work exercise classes at staff rates. There is also an onsite day nursery, shops and two restaurants serving discounted hot and cold food for our staff. The hospital is easily accessible by public transport with nearby trains and buses. The BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire Community CAMHS Teams are looking for a highly organised and experienced individual to join our administration team, to provide a comprehensive secretarial service to the BSW Community CAMHS Medical Team. The post is based in Salisbury for 30 hours per week. As a Medical Administrator, you will be able to communicate with staff across all levels of the organisation, have an excellent telephone manner, a professional approach and be able to work as part of a team. The day of a Medical Administrator is varied and requires you to have a flexible, solution focussed approach. Daily tasks will include: Ensuring the Team databases/electronic files/performance systems are accurate and up to date together with data inputting as necessary. Digital transcription for Consultant Psychiatrists. Booking appointments for patients and other professionals. Operating the Health Care System with a high degree of accuracy including creating new client records, updating client information (interventions, closures, first assessment) collecting statistics and processing information for the team. Receiving telephone calls and related messages. Dealing sensitively with all enquiries to the team. Photocopying, filing and management of electronic records. Sending and receiving emails in accordance with Trust confidentiality policy. "}
