We deliver clinical care to circa 35,000 patients with a population demographic covering Aberdeen city centre, Northfield and a significant population of Aberdeen University students at our Old Aberdeen site and are currently in the process of taking over Old Meldrum Medical Practice in Aberdeenshire. This allows for an interesting and varied clinical workload. We are passionate about trying new approaches to deliver primary care, and due to expansion seek to further recruit to our diverse consulting team comprising GPs, ANPs, Link Workers and a Pharmacotherapy team. We operate a total triage model of care which is provided through our Care Navigation Team. We are constantly innovating and developing new ways of working. We are a medical student teaching and GP training practice. The Benefits Working in a supportive environment within a large MDT Triage Hub. This model reduces isolation and enhances team work.
