The role will also increase your development in other skills such as building on organisation, team skills, creativity and quick thinking. We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player for our growing business who wants to get involved with the fun. As part of a great team, you will be trained and work together to ensure we can deliver an energetic party with good, behind the scenes organisation. Our hirers will receive great customer service and that our community lettings, sports centre activities, events, and parties run smoothly. You will be able to build a friendly rapport with our hirers and will use your communication skills working with your colleagues. This is a practical role where you will be responsible for setting up and clearing away the venues and events in a fun environment and serving in the cafe. You will ideally have experience in customer service although training will be given to the successful candidates. You will be organised and motivated and enjoy working as part of a team and with customers including children. You will help to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction across the community provision. You also need to be: Self-motivated and determined.
