We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join our team to create new and exciting partnerships to help us grow. You will be reporting to the Bakery Manager, with the focus on providing excellent customer service and increasing sales from certain existing customers. Here are some key areas we think you can impact in this role: • Receive customer calls and/or emails and work with customers to amend orders • Deal with customers questions / issues / complaints while delivering excellent customer care at all times • Account administration duties, interdepartmental reporting and paperwork • Always working as part of a team • Overall responsibility of day-to-day office admin. • Checking and filing of all technical paperwork.
