The post holder will be the Programme Lead for the Workforce and OD work streams with responsibility for developing a methodical and structured approach to the project oversight of the various programmes of work and delivery of the plan. Main duties of the job The main role responsibilities include but are not limited to: To act as the programme lead for the Workforce and OD work programme, assisting in the development of a detailed project plans, monitoring delivery, and the full delivery of the key HR priorities required to support the joint clinical services, as they are agreed. Work closely with the HRBPs and Head of HR Services and the wider team in consistently supporting the implementation of the joint clinical strategy and group model outcomes. Line manage the OD lead, ensuring their work activities deliver on the overall objectives of the work programme. Provide specialist HR advice in respect of the development, consultation and implementation of revised organisational structures and teams. To be a key member of the Acute Provider Collaborative (APC) team, contributing to the wider requirements of the programme and acting as an HR expert.
