Under the guidance of a qualified nurses, our Healthcare Assistants assist in assessments, provide social and therapeutic activities for service users, assist them with daily living activities and ensure the smooth running of the ward. Their contribution to the running of an effective service is crucial and they are a key part of the team. We expect all our Healthcare Assistants to uphold our Trust values, especially around compassion and dignity and respect. Therefore, we are looking for kind, empathic, caring individuals who have experience of working in a healthcare setting, ideally in mental health services.
