Due to the expansion of our reception and administration team. We are looking for a receptionist/administrator to join our well-established practice in Camberley. The role will require you to contribute to the smooth running of a busy patient-facing and back-office operation where you will be provided with an interesting, variety of work. Previous experience working as part of a team, with members of the public and to be able to work at pace under pressure is essential for this role. Full training will be provided. The hours required for this role are 15 per week; Monday 07:15am to 16:45pm and Tuesday 12:30pm to 18:30pm An additional evening (3 in 5 week pattern) 18:30pm to 20:00pm. This would be paid at an overtime rate of £12.42 per hour. There will also be a requirement of Saturday working on a rota basis, this will be paid at an enhanced rate (we are open 1 in 7 Saturdays). The role is primarily reception based but with some administration duties involved. The individual will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception and administration duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to processing new patient registrations, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liasing with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
