In order to meet the needs of the Trust services, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust. To directly negotiate appointment slots with clinicians in order that service users can take place within stated target times and standards according to the NHS Plan. Processing of all referrals into the service, ensuring that all relevant Health & Social Care systems are updated in accordance of that referral. Typing of all clinical correspondence. Coordinating and directing service user contact via telephone call, email or letter. Identifying priority contact, particularly from distressed service users or relative, informing the relevant team member for the needs of urgency when appropriate. Greeting service users, carers and other visitors when required. Direct making of appointments according clinical requirement set out by the clinicians, and agreed with service users. Arrange patient transport when required in accordance with Trust policy.
