We are looking for people who can join the Wallasey and West Wirral CMHT in this exciting transformation. Especially those who can help us realise the vision to provide person-centred care and support in the right place at the right time for the Cheshire and Wirral communities that we serve. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a range of therapeutic interventions and other aspects of the service user's care plan under the guidance of the multi-disciplinary team inclusive of occupational therapists, psychiatric nurses, therapists, psychologists and consultant psychiatrists. This is a varied role and applicants will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, person-centred approaches to care and utmost respect and compassion for the people we serve. You will work as part of a large team of multi skilled, experienced colleagues who will be able to support to deliver safe and effective care.
