About the Support Worker Role: As a Support Worker, you'll provide assistance to children and/or adults facing complex learning, physical, and behavioral challenges within community, supported living, or residential care settings. Whether you prefer Early, Late, Long Day, or Waking Night shifts, you have the flexibility to choose the hours that suit you best - from just a few shifts a week to more intensive involvement.
