They work with a variety of clients across the nation in a multitude of sectors. The offices are based in the Centre of Manchester, with excellent transport links and the main high street just a stone’s throw away. The duties are very varied and consist of (but not limited to): Handling customer queries and resolving asap Administration – Updating documents, creating documents, filing etc Assisting the wider team with administration Invoice management – Chasing outstanding payments, PO’s etc Keeping track of accounts to identify outstanding invoices Cash Collection Diary management Providing ad hoc administrative support across the wider team The working hours are negotiable and will be working on days between Monday to Friday, ideally 20- 25 hours per week. The full-time equivalent salary is between £24,000 - £27,000 per annum (Pro rata to match the agreed working hours)"}
