Day To Day Of The Role Provide outstanding care and support to pupils with special educational needs within a residential setting. Work collaboratively within a small, dedicated team to ensure the well-being and development of our pupils/students. Follow a shift rota, which includes evenings and alternate weekends, during term time (36 hours per week over a 2-week rota). Required Skills & Qualifications: A positive, kind, and caring attitude towards children and young adults. Basic knowledge of the care and support needs of pupils with special educational needs. Health & Social Care or equivalent relevant Level 3 qualification. Commitment to providing outstanding support. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and alternate weekends.
